Offering Hypnosis Groups for Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation
I am offering weight loss groups and smoking cessation groups. Groups must have a minimum of 3 members before they can start so text me if you are interested and we can get started as soon as we have 3 people. There is a Registration form at the bottom of this page
I can start groups for other topics too. If you are interested in a group for another topic such as pain, anxiety, depression, or sleep let me know and I will set those up.
Groups work well to get support from others in the same situation. If you are tired of the "If you want to quit just quit" mentality, groups can be a great form of support and help. Group sessions are cheaper too so you get support and spend less.

Smoking/Vaping Cessation Group April 3, 2024
Consists of 1 session. I will start single session groups at 5:30 Wed April 3 at 814 N 8th St Boise, ID. The session will be a direct-suggestion hypnosis to quit smoking/vaping. Participants will receive a copy of the hypnosis session for reinforcement.
This will be for smoking/vaping only. If you want a group session to stop chewing tobacco please text me so that I can determine interest.
The cost for this group is $75. Register Below
If you do need a further personalized session to help you quit or make quitting easier the session will cost $120.

Ideal People for this Group
The ideal person for this group is someone who really wants to quit vaping but has difficulties maintaining quitting. It is for someone who doesn't want to take drugs or medication to quit. It is great for someone tired of the control and the cost vaping has in their life.
People Who Should Not Be In This Group
If you started vaping with a parent, sibling, or good friend who has passed on, this wouldn't be the best group for you and you would be better served doing completely personalized hypnosis session(s).
If you have been diagnosed with paranoia or a paranoid personality disorder this wouldn't be a good fit for you

Weight Loss Group Starts Wed April 10, 2024 from 5:30 to 6:45
The weight loss group consists of 3 sessions. We will meet on April 10, 17, and 24. Register Below!
The first session will explain how hypnosis and how hypnosis works to reduce cravings. Paperwork for eating habits will be reviewed. You will be given some self-hypnosis techniques to prepare you for losing weight.
The second session will make you want nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables and decrease cravings for sugar and salty snacks. Participants will be provided with a recording for reinforcement
The third session will work on portion control and reduce mindless or boredom eating to help you lose weight. Suggestions will also be made to help you want to exercise and move.
Cost for this group will be $180 (total cost for all 3 sessions)
