TOBACCO ADDICTION

Smokers, In January of 2024 I will be starting a hypnosis stop smoking group for $100.      I have some great news for you.  You can stop smoking now and easily get your life back. You can get your control over those nasty poisonous cigarettes back.  You won't have to fight nicotine fits, and you won’t have those awful arguments in your head about “ just one more” or “just this time.”  You can stop smoking and feel wonderfully calm.  It’s just as easy as laying down to take a relaxing nap or go to sleep at night. 

I have to warn you though, there are some downsides to stopping smoking.  Some people don’t know what to do with all the money they’ve saved.  Some people have gone out and spent the money they’ve saved from not buying cigarettes on fun toys and hobbies that make life fun and exciting. Other people actually take nice vacations and appreciate life. Hypnosis helps people stop smoking with a minimum of nicotine fits.

     You will have more energy (no jitters) than you’ve dreamed of.  You will smell clean and fresh.  Your significant other will feel proud of you.  Everywhere you go, you will be more accepted. You will feel more comfortable and accepting of yourself. People will look at you differently.  They will notice that you are someone who has control of their life.   You won’t have to leave significant events to go outside.  You won’t have that discomfort of wondering “should I go out now?   What will I miss if I do?   Will someone notice?” Imagine driving down the road feeling relaxed, confident, and just enjoying the drive.  You can relax after a wonderful meal and enjoy a conversation.  What will you do with all of the time you save from not having to go outside frequently and smoke? Hypnosis really helps people stop smoking and helps people be as comfortable as possible while they are actively in the quitting process.

     Now you may be wondering how do I stop smoking without nicotine fits or the constant battle of wanting a cigarette?  Is it possible to able to feel relaxed through the quitting process?  I certainly didn’t think that the just described combination could ever be possible. Hypnosis helped me so I know what I am talking about.

 

     I am an ex-smoker myself and every time I tried to quit, it was the same hard-fought battle.  I would stop smoking, feel miserable and stressed, and the argument in my head would start.  I started thinking  “I can smoke one cigarette and no more.  The other side of the argument would say “No, smoking is bad for me.  I really need to stop.”  The battle would continue and build through the days until I convinced myself “I’ll only have one.”  I would cave, have the “one” cigarette, and before I knew it, I would be smoking the same amount if not more than I did before I quit.

     I was desperate.  I wanted the control back.  I wanted my life back.  I wanted to have the money I spent on cigarettes to use to have fun with my life.  I started researching hypnosis.  It sounded good, but I didn’t want anyone controlling my mind.  I didn’t want to cluck like a chicken or do anything someone told me to do just because they told me to do it.  Through my research, I learned that hypnosis is a safe way to change destructive habits and help people stop feeling unwanted cravings.  I was sold! 

I found a hypnotherapist and with excitement (and some misgivings to be totally honest), went to an appointment to stop smoking.  It was a complete joke.  I wanted a cigarette within 2 hours of leaving the appointment.  I called the hypnotherapist who told me that those things sometimes happened.  I was supposed to listen to the recording he made me and if I was still smoking, call to schedule another appointment in a week.  I was still smoking a week later so I put down more money to see him again.  I started smoking about 8 hours after the session. Hypnosis had let me down!

      I loved the idea of hypnosis but why hadn't it worked for me?  I saw an ad for another hypnotherapist and in desperation, I made an appointment.  This person also made a recording of a session.  I have to say, that this person had a far different stop smoking session than the first person did.  I listened to the recording and felt that the program might actually work.  I did have limited success with the program of the second person.  I noticed though that some of the suggestions did not really fit in with what I was experiencing, and I thought that maybe he had never smoked so he just didn't know what many people who were trying to quit experienced...  By that time I was fascinated with hypnosis and was studying it myself, so I decided to make my own recording to stop smoking.  I listened to it and felt that it was perfect.  I listened every night for a few months.  At the end of that time, I found myself with a group of family members who smoked all day long.  Seeing someone else smoke without me had always been a trigger for the powerful arguments to start in my head.  Seeing others smoking around me had always been the demise of my will to be a non-smoker.  This time though was different. This time I had been around others who had been smoking around me all day and I hadn't noticed. The only time I had even considered smoking, I had a weak thought of "I should have a cigarette" followed by a very strong thought of "Why would you want to do that?"  I know at that moment that I could very comfortably be a non-smoker for the rest of my life and I haven't smoked since!  I started hypnotizing people with my program and soon I had doctors referring people to me because my program was so successful with them too! Hypnosis also helped them stop smoking.

Prices for Hypnotherapy Services

I charge $170 for the first session and $125 per each additional session per issue. The first session will be approximately 90 minutes and each additional session will be approximately 60 minutes
